Available Bracket Sizes: Standard sizes include 41×21 mm, 41×41 mm, 41×52 mm, 41×62 mm, 41×82 mm and 61×41 mm. Custom profiles based on customer drawings are supported.
Raw Materials: Mainly galvanized steel strips, cold-rolled steel and carbon steel strips. Material thickness ranges from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm (common thickness: 1.5–3.0 mm) with excellent corrosion resistance and structural durability.
Line Layout: Standard production area covers 30m (length) × 3m (width), compact structure suitable for most factory workshops.
Complete Production Line Composition

Hydraulic Decoiler: Uncoils raw steel strips smoothly, with a load capacity of 5T and inner diameter of 460–520 mm.
Leveling Unit: Equipped with multiple leveling rollers to eliminate material deformation and guarantee flat raw materials.
Servo Feeder & Punching Unit: High-precision servo feeding + independent punching frame, realizing accurate hole punching according to design requirements.
Main Roll Forming Machine: The core forming part with 15–20 roller tracks for gradual bending and shaping.
Hydraulic Cutting Unit: Fixed-length cutting for finished strut channels.
Material Receiving & Optional Automatic Packaging Unit: Collect finished products; the auto packaging module realizes automatic stacking and packaging to save labor.
